Nana soundtrack question

In the anime, the first ending always starts with some sort of orchestral music (you can listen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5y1pKw_vgAg ). Does this version of the song exists?  ???

There are four versions of "A Little Pain" in the OST Collection and none in the Supplementary Collection, none of which quite match the sample you provided.
