Just throwing it out there, but even if you DO get the audio, I don't think it will do you much good. You want to swap the audio, but that's not so easy when you have video from DVD and audio from TV. I'm not saying it's impossible, but if the TV had commercials, that would make for maybe 0.5 seconds +/- from the video after removing them. You're much better off getting both audio and video from the same source.
