I suspect this to be the case. SO if anyone who lives in the Netherlands reads this, and feels inclined to help out: please do. There may be more Ghibli screenings and I would especially like to see the dubs for Mononoke and Nausicaa.

quote from wiki article about ARTE. i think you can only get the the dutch audio if you live in the netherlands and have cable tv.
ARTE over satellite is only bilingual (french and german), even ARTE HD.
