Apparently, this device was located inside a bar in San Jose CA - ( eg: silicon valley. )

What's reported, is it was working, then stopped.

Now from the specs, it looks like they improved the iPhone and perfected all customer gripes.   What's disconcerting - is what happened to it.

Remotely disabled is what appears to have happened.

So there you have it!  What are your thoughts?   To me, it looks like something I'll be avoiding ... I don't like a remote kill switch in my device.

EEh dont see anything special. . .just a new model iphone with more memory.

I like it regardless. . .current iPhone is really good and I doubt they'll screw up the new model. Mr. Jobs-sama has yet to dissapoint me.

interesting how it found itself to the outside world tho

when I started reading without paying much attention for a moment I tought "WTF the new iphone is gonna have some glade aroma thingie?"

That remote disable isn't new. Apple can delete/disable apps in the older models.

[ If any doubt was there.]

kurandoinu:
Users can remote wipe their iphones, so I don't see why remote disabling is much different.

I dont like how square it looks. Lol
