Plasma or LED for gaming?

Okay, finally saved some money and now I'm planning to get a ps3 and a nice hdtv, either a plasma or and led.

The thing is, I can't figure out which is better for gaming. From my research on the internet, plasma seems to have better colours, but the sales rep from bestbuy and futureshop told me there is still the issue of burn-ins. On the other hand, led has nice colours too. But the things is, I don't know if I would need to go to something that has a 240hz refresh rate. They are way more expensive, but the sales rep insits it is 'advised' to go for that.

So guys and gals, I'm hoping to hear feedback about your gaming experience with your plasma or led tvs.

you wont notice much difference between the 2 just get the tv that you think looks the nicest  nearly any half decent lcd tv functions just fine for console gaming since they cap the FPS on them pretty low

As long as it is bigger than 42inches, go for it.

FYI, LED isn't a type of TV. It's a type of lighting for LCD TVs.
