I know this hasn't been updated in a long while, but I figured I'd post the results of my search so far.
These results are for Jap audio with Eng sub, NOT dual audio:
Pokemon 1 & 2 are posted on piratebay. Here's the link to season 2, and if you follow the person who posted it, you'll see they also did a season 1 which has everything but 2-24 (or 2-26 i forget) in this format: --link removed--
Pokemon 12 & 13 are right here on bakabt.
Dattebayo helped do a bunch of dual audio 2 years ago from Season 11 (i forget which season, though it might be the original D&P). I have yet to find it on the internet, but I can guarantee you it was done (I still have some episodes I was smart enough to grab during that time)
Finally, Best Wishes is currently being done in this format in a few places. My favorite place is animetake (google it).
I'm going to make a seperate post about this as well, but I wanted to post this here just in case the people who needed help with this are still subscribed to this post.

sorry about that - I guess I'll have to read up on what's blacklisted. For those that are interested, I've come across over 3/4 of the episodes in this format. Since I can't list the sources, I'll just say that I found everything (with a small number of episodes missing in each batch) at the same source as season 1 & 2 but under a different uploader. If you're looking for 10-11, contact me and I'll let you know what I found for that.
