Looking closer? You downloaded 512 kB of 246 MB and 884 kB of a 405 MB. You are probably missing something though I can't explain why you'd have downloaded such small numbers of relatively big files...
Such small discrepancies between torrents of same material usually indicate missing/corrupt pieces in one of them. Cutetoad, If possible for you to make, I'd be interested in a crc check of those two, now that you're seeding them here.
As you've said you've downloaded them from Aarinfantasy's tracker, the files being old uploads here, and the fact the files don't include crcs in filenames ...wouldn't be too surprised if the ones here have some pieces missing/corrupt.
Or simply do a little test; Stop those two (seeding the BakaBT ones), download the .torrents from Aarinfantasy again and point them to the files, and do a force recheck on them in your client. If they check 100%, good. If not...
As for the crc check, AniDB gives these;

...if the files are fine, they should give those values
Edit; There IS a problem with episode 2 of Enzai on BakaBT, it gives crc F6CBAD53, while the Aarinfantasy files both correspond to the above correct hash values...
Edit2; Sensitive Pornograph does give correct crc when checked so that one's fine
