Warning about not uploading

I just saw a warning about getting a warning on my account. 

I JUST joined here like two days ago.  I AM SEEDING!  I got the download done within four hours and I seeded the file all day yesterday and got an upload of 1GB.  I know my ratio is low (I mean I downloaded a 20GB file) but I have been uploading in my 3 days of being here.

I am uploading today and downloading some more torrents to help me upload.  Even a bonus one. 

I don't know why my upload speed is so slow but I really really am trying here!  I just turn off my computer at night time cause my room gets hot. 

Will I still get a warning even though I'm trying my best to upload??

yes, unless you reach a good enough ratio to prevent you from getting warned.

Well I was looking through my collection and found some stuff I downloaded years ago that is up here!  Just renamed a few files and I was able to upload them. 

So hopefully that can help!

That would explain why some of my torrents are not seeding!  There are so many seeders and so little leeches!

Generally, they do give you a lot of consideration if you are a new user. Back when I first joined, I downloaded a ton of shows and had like 60 GB downloaded with like 4.5 GB uploaded , but I left them seeding and eventually got a 1.0 ratio. They will warn you about getting a warning, but you get pretty good leeway before you actually get warned if you are new.

New users have a 1 week grace period. You shouldn't receive any warnings during that period.
