Mobile Suit Gundam SD episodes

Howdy,
I've been trying to get a good list of all the old (Not the SD Gundam Force of recent years) SD Gundam episodes. I already got the torrents here (MK I-V+ Counter Attack and SD Gundam Gaiden) but it seems that even the MKI-V ones are missing things.

Does anyone have a complete list of all the SD Gundam episodes (or know a link to one) and are there any other torrents kicking around the net that have more of the episodes not offered on BakaBT?
