Tatsujin, my guild raids on reset, fridays, and sundays, starting at 20:30 till midnight, unless we have more time then we try to continue, we have only 2 hardcore players in our guild and they are RL since they can do it right, we wipe 2-3 times on reset, and if we have no wipes on friday we finish raids then, we raid Halion on thursdays and saturdays if we didn't clear him yet, we do weekly raid during the day, sometimes pugging, I don't even remember when was the last time I did VOA 10/25, waiting for new boss too.
Sorry if I offended you, but didn't read you were an RP realm player, don't know why RP guilds take so long to progress, how many chars you have at lvl 80 ?
I have a Paladin, Mage, Shaman, Hunter and DK (yeah) on 80, lock on 60, priest on 33, warrior on 41, rogue on 51, don't have a druid at all, I suppose I'll make a Worgen druid. yes all my chars are allied, I hate the looks of the Horde :P and all my chars are females for the sole reason of males being walking wardrobes.
