The one thing I've learned from online gaming is that a good friendlist is more than often more useful than a guild. You chose the people you accept on your list whereas you don't chose your guildmates, unless you're the boss.

You're raiding with idiots; should of left that guild a long time ago. Just apply to a better guild if you have the gear and/or experience I guess.
I don't normally tend to raid with friends because of differences of gear, skill, or whatever other reason. Although I did manage to raid with five people from school, who actually knew how to play the game, not keyboard turn and all that shit, plus ended up being best friends with then.

there are two really good persons in this guild, i'm in it still just because of them, also, there was a time where we had a few really prosperous guild, but WotLK ruined it all, the easiness of it made a lot of great players simply drop the game leaving you with "Elitists" and now finding a real guild that actually does what it takes, and not NOOB you cuz you miscalculated something.
Once I find such a guild i'm out of here, I was pugging with many guilds and few months ago I was scouted out by one, but can't get in touch with them atm, their leader who needs to make the decission is in hospital atm :P

Me wanting to clear content and not putting up with retards makes me 'elitist'? I'm fine with that as long my time isn't wasted on wiping easy stuff.
