don't know how to create torrent

I have an anime (naruto shippuden movie 3) just recently subbed but don't know how to create torrent to add to site. anyone i can send it too so they can add it to site.

missed that on the black list and still didn't work on creating a torrent. btw everyone I did read the Wiki. next time i try to post a torrent on a site i will just figure it out and not ask >:(
