don't know how to create torrent

I have an anime (naruto shippuden movie 3) just recently subbed but don't know how to create torrent to add to site. anyone i can send it too so they can add it to site.

missed that on the black list and still didn't work on creating a torrent. btw everyone I did read the Wiki. next time i try to post a torrent on a site i will just figure it out and not ask

He is just lying to our face. It doesn't really get much simpler than this unless he is using some obscure client, which would then not work on this tracker anyway.
