My stats are not updating

According to my stats page I am seeding two torrents.  

I am not though.  In fact my computer that I was seeding from has been turned off for 12 hours.

What should I do to get my stats to be accurate?  

My Torrent client is the original BT version 6.4 (build 18095)

The torrents will be still shown under seeding if you didn't shut down your torrent-client correctly.
The client has to send the tracker a signal, that it will stop seeding now. Sometimes that doesn't work if for example your pc crashes...
So just start your torrent-client new and then close it again after a minute or so. The torrents should be shown in another tab then.

But I shut my torrent program down the same way.  I click on the stop button for the torrents to make them stop.  Then delete them from the program and finally shut the program down.
