I stopped reading at that point. Neutronium is mostly a sciencefiction term. It can, and has, been used to reffer to neutron degenerate matter, but not so great other wise.

Also you don't need "nuetronium". The LHC should do the trick which also means that they have been produced in the upper atmosphere in the past, present, and will continue being produced in the future. I dobut they have the mass of mount everest however.

Also, anti-matter isn't an explosive substance.

I didn't even started to read the thing(might do it a bit later) as I recently saw this move about how humans could destroy the Earth - replicator robots who eats earth was the only possibility that actually worked....I guess the watched Stargate :D
There were quite a few methods that might have been actually possible for us to do, but most of them just succeeded in destroying all life on Earth not the Earth itself.
