Chemistry classroom: Pure Potassium and water because they react violently with each other.
Thus sum potassium and a water gun or water balloons.
IIRC, a very ripe banana can explode with potassium. My chemistry teacher did this but I forgot the proper steps to do so. It was still nice though.
Wires and paper are dangerous. Sharp glass. Knuckles? Gloves with tacks for knuckles? Pens? Pen claws? Things people are allergic of? But you have to know the enemy first for that one.
Something to cut with something acid, like knives and lemon juice? Sounds more like torturing tools so me....
