Story project anyone?

Ok, so I'm bored, and somehow, I don't feel like reading, or anime or gaming... so I want to consider writing a story. I want to focus on the story, so does anyone want to help create characters?

Gender, Occupation, general age given. Need things like physical features, problems, ability, history, hobbies etc.
BONUS: Choose 1-2 "Problems" this individual has. Problems ranging from Injury, habits (such as smoking or alcohol), child trauma, etc.
And if you want to know... all 10 has a chance to be a main character. So go nuts. Also, I sort of hot to have some non-cliche characters. I don't need a whole fleet of Asian chars. Just saying. :P

Also, a question. Who would make the best narrator for the story? I tried Jennifer, but it seems like she's too young. Unless I up her age a little bit...
Any ideas on that one? (I have about a few pages written already, but I'm finding it's a lot of explaining. So I'm editing that part for now.
