Learn to use AniDB before asking for anything rare.
Apparently, none of the four series has a complete set of English subs.

The shows aren't actually FUNi-licensed (ShopPrp, I think), but they are no complete subs complete, so we can't take ant offers.

im using Myanimelist and ANN for reference...
im new to AniDB..

well anyway, i guess its true about that
english subs are not complete from any four series of rockman.exe

too bad..
i was looking forward to the completion of the series...
