MakiMaki are the only scanlators of it from what I see on Manga Updates and they have only done 7 of 12 chapters with no progress in more than a year or so whether or not it will be finished I dunno unless someone picks up from where they left off.

I downloaded chapter 1 to see what it was like and its not too great quality wise. If someone can find a full version then I don't see a problem but at the moment its stalled and going no where. Though it was 440 days between their releases last time so you never know. ;)
