As expected, her skin colour is still lighter than most people of her race. I wonder when the fashion world will grow up/evolve. I guess it will have to happen slowly. Not that picking 'whose state has the sexiest girl with the most politically correct attitude' is an admirable competition to begin with.

I'm white.  Syrians are white.  So are Turkish people.   That "Arabs are all dark skinned" is a misconception.

The thing is - is that skin color bigotry doesn't really exist in the Middle East.  What an evil society.

First of all, Turks are not Arabs; they never have been. Genealogically speaking, Syrians aren't Arabs either, so it's not surprising that appearances differ.

i think that kyanwan though that all people on that area are arab because they follow the islam
