Can't upload a lot

Allright here's the drill. i downloaded a torrent.It's going fine.Download speed was okay and all.But there's a catch,i cannot upload a lot(going like 0.5-2kb/s)! This may be not that big of an issue but it is for me.I want to upload as much as i can.

P.s:I used other torrent site and apparently i've uploaded a lot more then i downloaded(which is not good) so i figure theres some problem in this site.

You are reasonably fine right now. Ratios aren't heavily enforced until you have downloaded more than about 20GB. The reason you are getting low speeds is because the torrents you are downloading have 0-2 leechers meaning there is nobody to upload to. There is a part in the wiki about this topic.

Basically the main points are:


* Find popular torrents on other sites, (there are a few listed in the above link), that match torrents here and download them there then seed here.
* Try 1080p freeleech torrents. Many people enjoy 1080p anime and since they are freeleech only your upload is counted to your ratio.
* Lastly, try donating to the site or hiring the use of a seedbox. (Again more information provided in the link.)
In other words you are doing well and don't have to worry yet. You aren't in a pinch yet but try some of those ideas to get on top of your situation before it becomes a problem. Try to maintain a ratio of at least 0.5 or at a stretch 0.3 and you should be fine.

It's not a problem with our tracker or anything, but we are much different from most public torrent sites. We have a very high seeder to leecher ratio (and that is 100% not a problem) and very few leechers on most torrents. I would suggest taking a look through our wiki, especially our For First Timers section. Patience and some self-control on how much you leech is the key here.
