The slowest possible, whatever that was.

Considering the "permanent" marker has been rubbed off on many of the oldest disks, its clear that it didn't soak into the burnable layer. I don't think the sharpy is at fault (although I have spent about 12 dollars on special markers so far). Also, I've buffed scratches out so it is the medium. It has rotted. and I have lost some hard to find anime (old stuff).

I've had CDs rot, but not any DVDs that I have noticed yet..
