If it is installed, did you install it from your own disc and get the ISO from the net? Discs in different regions are different, and might not react to different installs. You should make an ISO of your own disc. If you have your CD key, you can associate it with your Battle.net account and simply download the no-CD patched game.

In order to patch it you must either download a patch file manually, or logon to Battle.net (which would require the disc the first time).

I've installed it 3-5 times now no luck.

I got it the install off an ISO off the net. My own Disk is at home, as like I said I'm travelling atm. I'm not so sure about the different regions thing I might look into it. The thing is I got access to my exact CD keys at home so that isn't the problems, usually it tells me if their faulty straight away on the install.

I think it is the patches. I'm downloading one off the battlenet right now. one that doesn't need me to log on. If this don't work I'll try that method. Ty.

Osmo:
I fixed the problem, it was with the patch. Needed to download the full patch off battlenet.

DaggerLite:
I won't say you fixed the problem. It sounds like your system has issues recognizing the disc image if you don't specifically run something from the image.

The patch is simply a no-CD fix, introduced by Blizzard in 1.21b. All your popular Blizzard games can be made remotely available if you register them with your Battle.net account. However, if you have a history of getting your accounts hacked, I won't exactly recommend it without their dongle security features.

But I guess your issue was to get WC3 to work, not getting Daemon Tools to work, so...
