Because the best option, IIRC, is KAA version with all additional audio tracks (comments etc.) muxed in from aF rip, but remuxes are frowned upon on BakaBT.

but it still doesnt close a-S' BD 1080p encode :3
where's CvP when we really need him...

also there's seems to have come another release from "Spiker"... but then again should the KAA version have an special case to allow the remux?

In fact, Spiker is also a remux of KAA version :). And it lacks comment audio track.

I'd offer aF rip at any moment, but, unfortunately, its video quality really sucks :(.

ACX is also an option at the SD level, now that their releases aren't blacklisted anymore.

Got any old fansubs on HDD/DVD/CD? Please take a look at this thread.

IIRC, its video quality is still worse than in KAA version, and it lacks all additional content present in aF rip (comments, specials, etc.).

Any good encoders in Houston TX?  I'm going to buy this the next time I go to Frys.
I suppose I could also create a torrent from the DVD rips once I have the time, but at the 180kB/s I'm currently getting with uploads, that would be a 40 or so hour download for anybody interested in encoding it.

Well that project could be a possible project OZC (as it has a R2 bluray and a R1 dvd) but he is busy right now with other stuff.
I actually was considering doing this a while back, but I have never watched it before. Maybe if I like it after watching it (as it does look interesting) and I have nothing else to encode I will encode it.

Watch it - it is REALLY good. Consider reading the manga as well - IMHO, it is even better than the series, plus it contains lots of interesting additional scenes and supplemental materials.
