You don't necessarily need to recreate the .torrent-file, actually, it's better if you don't as if there's parts of the swarm still out there, they'll join automatically when it's up again...
The hash should be
1f4690b2f1d2fc3b029bd92b7bfd00c80dd7608c (Should be the right one, unless I'm mistaken, it was associated at least nov 09 to the bakabt torrent, and there shouldn't be any swaps after that date according to google cache...)
Make a google search for it and find one where you're able to download the .torrent, then edit whatever trackers are in it out and add the default announce when uploading (if you don't have a program that can do that, use torrenteditor.com).
Of course, if someone already has the .torrent stashed away somewhere from previously, the above hassle won't be needed
