how do have the best system one my computer whit the anime?

I use anime-planet.com to keep track of what I'm actively watching, and I just update it immediately after watching an episode. I have no trouble remembering which shows I'm watching, but for some reason I have a horrible time remembering episode numbers. I usually watch episodes of two or three shows once or twice a week with my roommate, and we each have other shows that we watch on our own, so this works out pretty well for me.

I have a watched and unwatched folder. For series that I'm watching, I put finished episodes in a "_done" folder inside the series folder. Is there a need to make it more complicated? Something I'm missing?

I have a Watched folder, and then an Unwatched folder which is split into Japanese and Dual Audio. When I choose to watch an anime it goes from my 1.5tb external to my macbook pro harddrive, then just gets deleted from the mac and moved into the Watched folder on my external. As I use XBMC to watch them it makes a note of the episodes I've seen anyway.
And for series's I've deleted/owned on DVD/borrowed from friends I use animeplanet to keep an overall list. :)

i just dump it in the downloads folder and use the search function to find them lol :P
