Trouble with Seeding

Hey Everyone
I'm new here, but glad that I finally found a community that seems to actually care about the quality of their torrents and making sure that people seed them. However. That's also a problem for me.
I live in the middle of the English countryside, and my maximum upload speed is about 100kB/s. Now, I download a LOT more than I can upload despite the fact that I am seeding the torrents I have as much as possible, simply because it is not physically possible for me to keep my ratio high without seeding for weeks.
Now, as you can imagine this would prove a problem even if I could be uploading at my maximum speed, but I can't; No matter how hard I try (I've spent about 2 hours trying to find a way to boost my upload speed) I can't get my torrents to upload at any decent speed simply due to the fact that people with faster internet connections seed as fast as the downloading party can cap. The fastest I was ever able to seed so far was 9kB/s and that lasted for about a minute before dropping to 1.2kB/s again.
I decided that I could try to at least keep my account unlocked by donating to the website, however I can't do that either because donations are closed.
So my question is this:
What am I supposed to do?
I download and watch a lot of anime and this website is by far the best one I've seen so far in terms of what I'm looking for, but I can't contribute.
Can you give me any advice on what I could do to try and get seeding?

Oh, and then read the sentence again that was above the registration mask:
We are a public tracker, and you do not need an account to use our torrents. Registered users get some privileges, but they are also required to maintain a decent ratio on their account. Please think carefully before registering.

Okay, I understand you are trying to help here, but you're reciting the basic things that most idiots ignore. As stated in my original post, I have spent between 2-3 hours doing nothing but reading on how to try and get seeding well. I noticed that there were several threads on the subject already, however after reading through those and attempting the advice already posted I still had the problem of finding it hard to seed, hence why I created a new thread.
Now that we have (hopefully ¬_¬) gotten over that unpleasant situation, I ask again. Do you, as a community have any advice on how I could possibly improve my seeding. I am not expecting an admin to pop into this thread and go "Don't worry newcomer, just press this magic button and it'll all be fine!".
I understood the implications when registering, and I expected to be able to seed and keep a good ratio, however I am finding that difficult, thus bringing me back to the original point which is why I posted here.

Me to, and am the second biggest uploader on the site ;)
You can either do things the cheap way, log out and download via the guest account, then seed it back on your account
or if you want to do it properly, you can buy a seedbox/dedicated server to seed on....since if you insist on downloading a lot using your actual account it's the only viable way.
as for improving your overall speeds, pick things with little seeds but decent demand...some xvid torrents are very good, or high demand torrents...like Black lagoon, Bebop, Naruto...popular stuff.

If keeping you ratio in the grreen zone by using standard methods is too difficult for you, download files by using torrents with the public key, and then seed them back with your private key :).
