Time stopping ability question...

could also simply create a split in space time continuum again depending on what theories you subscribe to and how the time is being stopped.

Kinda feels like this power is useless, now that I can't cut off a guy's leg with it :-\

You don't even understand that there are many theories of what time actually is. Start there. Grab some caffeine.
