Search vs. Find here/Find elsewhere

(heh, sorry for the confusing title...)

This has happened a few times to me lately, so I thought I should post this. When it comes to anime, bakabt is always the first site I search on. Some of my recent searches have come up empty, so I suspected blacklisting - but that was not the case. I then searched in other places like isohunt and came across the torrents I was looking for. I noticed however, that a few of them actually listed bakabt as the source and the bakabt tracker was on the top of the tracker list.

I was wondering why those files would show up in other places but not on bakabt? I've tried varying my search here as much as possible and even after knowing what the file is called, I still couldn't find it. Anyone knows what's happening?

Edit: Possibly related to this: http://forums.bakabt.me/index.php?topic=24431.0 which funnily enough didn't show up when I did a forum search for similar topics  ::)

Which torrent?

Freedom Kira:
Possibly related to the recent announcement. We'd have to see the torrents you are talking about to be sure though.

Duki3003:
Like Freedom Kira pointed out, some of our torrents may have been removed - but that doesn't mean it will not exist on other sites if the torrent was shared. Those torrents will list our tracker, but it will report as unregistered torrent.

We are aware that the search bar is slightly bugged, but if you try to use general terms you should be able to find most things you are looking for. Also check your settings and make sure all the default tags are ticked.

Pointing out which torrent you searched for and the term you used to search would be useful...

cbfunky:
Can't remember all of them, but here are two that I remember

Toaru Majutsu no Index: http://isohunt.com/torrent_details/130536653/toaru?tab=summary
Kateikyoushi Hitman REBORN! : http://isohunt.com/torrent_details/150533141/hitman+reborn?tab=summary

Now, while I looked those up just now, I found something interesting:
For the first one I initially searched for "toaru", "to aru" and "To Aru" and all came up empty - just now I searched for "index" and that brought up the torrent! The same goes for To Aru Kagaku no Railgun, which I did find initially because I was looking for "Railgun". I tried applying the same principle to the hitman torrent, but that one I still cannot find, so maybe that got removed?
