My ISP does not care what I transfer nor should they care. I'm not sure what country you come from but in Canada we have privacy laws. No big deal if there is a constant connection to that server... They still do not know what I'm transferring.

1. Would be breaking laws doing that. Very unlikely they are even to try to do such a thing. Not only would this be extremely hard but it would cost them money... Greedy companies don't like to spend money for no reason.
2. Won't be my identity, not my credit-card that is being used.
3. What? Sever cost is split between my friends... no one is leaching anything...
4. And that matters why? Last month I downloaded 1.1TB, I've never had a call or a letter from my ISP.

Seedboxes are great... If you don't want to use one w/e not my problem or care. But people like leeching a great speeds and those speeds are due for the most part to seedboxes. My pc is on 24/7 but the upload connection is terrible thus keeping a good ratio on other trackers would be impossible due to how much I download...

3. Server cost are split indeed - but if something bad happend you said "you have people who share the seedbox", so if you downloaded something you will blame they for that ? _._ No one care about that, if you using same seedbox you will get almost same jugment.
4. I been on internet since more than 10 years, recived only 4 mails from ISP (and it was long time ago, I just send them a respond that i dont know what they saying) But that was time when there werent any bt only some DC/Kazza/Mule - never get any mail more.

But still there is the law that the ISP need to collect all data about what you did bla bla bla for 3 years or 5, dont remamber now - so no matter what you would use there is a posible chance that you used to talk about it via msn other messenger or something ;) so if they REALY want you to pay milions and lost client they would have the data to make you cry.

But still, we live in world where ISP fight for us and not want to lose us.

And still, seedbox mayby are great but theres not point to buy one outside home for personal use. And my up rate is so bad 50kB/s but still i manage to hold it at 0,9 here - so dont blame your "downloading addiction" ;) im addicted to but still manage to be fine. To bad I run out of space ;( another few TB please. :(
