That's an odd design choice. Weren't they criticizing the other phones designs and saying that their rounded edges and back were cooler? Now they've gone back on their word and made the new one blocky too :-\

The argument is that rounded iphones look different to the style of the other apple products. Slightly more rugged (Think first gen nano) suits the style of the Mac computers a lot more. (Supposedly)

dude! round is soOOOoo 2009 . . .look at 2010 models. . .the new iphone the new Sony Bravia, the new LG Infinia. . .everything is squared with glass over it to make it look shiny and nice!

Another thing i'd like to know is how much it's going to cost when it gets released here. Remember that outside the US the 3GS is still $1,000.00 (Not $200.00), iPad 64Gig is about the same price, i wonder how it'll affect the current gen.

I don't know if the rounded edges and such were better looking but it's a hell of a lot more comfortable.
