CappinHoff:
TCMP. Don't have to install codec packs. No issues with .mkv or any other goofy container. Works perfect on Win7 Ultimate 64.
Devergo:
Started using MPC HC since it's so popular, but i can't seem to get it to show subtitles for .mkv files. The subtitle option is blank and unclickable. I have the latest codecs and such. What should I do?
razirazo_90:
On Windows, WMP11(with klite mega,ffmpeg-mt) is best for me.
For linux I just stick with VLC.
I hate the way mplayer seek based on keyframe.
Teaparty:
I always use MPC-HC since it's the only one I know how to customize. It was also the only player I could use to play 720p on my crappy old comp.
undetz:
I'm largely with nstgc, MPlayer is awesome, even on Windows. I haven't noticed any problems with it in the 2 years or so since I started using it. I'm using the SMPlayer build, btw.
