Well, I just refer to MPC-HC as Media Player Classic, probably should've been clearer on that. Such a long name, I can't bothered typing it all :D

Windows: MPC-HC
Linux: MPlayer (no GUI)
Never used BsPlayer. I've used VLC, and the Windows version sucks ass. The Linux version is considerably better, but still worse than MPC (the best VLC is worse than any version of MPC I've used). I've used Zoom player. It has some nifty features, but MPC is cleaner. Ultimately I like MPlayer the best. I haven't used it in Windows for anything other than transcoding.
