Sailor Moon video musicals, what is available online

Would the sailor moon musicals be classed as music videos or would they need translations to go up on the site? I assume the latter.

Could somebody compile all the sailor moon musical video material that is allowed according to the site rules to go up? There are things like the Live Evil translated content (if they can't be found any more then I have most of them on my hdd), the SMC gathered torrent of musical raws (http://www.sailormooncenter.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1414) and so on. Warning about that SMC torrent 250GB, the quality settings seems to be a tad high, LD rip ~1GB/10 min as an example.

There is a little of them on the site already in the live action torrent (http://bakabt.me/147506-pretty-guardian-bishojo-senshi-sailor-moon-tv-nihon-ryuusei.html), but those are only the ones related to the series, not sure if they should be moved out if we add more musical content or not. I am perfectly willing to give the torrent up if somebody wants to re-organise the content.

If things are missing in that raw torrent or can't be found otherwise I can be part of funding for buying DVDs such as http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview.html?KEY=BCBK-1779# and so on. Don't want to take all the cost myself and somebody would need to check exactly what is needed.

(I don't have the motivation to take on a project this big.)
