Ratio warning

what about same CRC but missing some block? like 1 file wih 99,8%? I'm sure my file is fully downloaded  ???

Renaming a file doesn't affect the CRC.

Hope can get to 0.3 (my ISP up speed only around 20kB/s  :'( but I will try seeding from some of my collection)

The file is complete, it's just not displaying as one because of how bittorrent works. You'll understand it eventually.

It's recommended you keep your ratio 1.0 or higher. It's generally good practice to keep it at least above 0.5. It's also good practice to ease on downloading if you can't seed back quickly.

That's a really crappy up speed... no other ISP offers a higher up speed in your region?
