Ratio warning

The file is complete, it's just not displaying as one because of how bittorrent works. You'll understand it eventually.

Because of that I cant seed the file fully :'( (must DownLoad the missing piece and I can't DL at the moment)

There is, but the price is around 3x, and the speed not very different

Eh. That sucks. What country are you in? Haven't heard of one with such bad speeds. Then again, the cheapest package my country offers has an up speed probably close to yours, more or less, but that's for people whose major Internet use is checking email.
Anyway, from the looks of your tracker profile, you've figured out how to reseed torrents. I would just let it go for a few days, perhaps add a few more torrents to the list. The more torrents you have, the more you can seed all-round, no matter how high the seeder:leecher ratio is, unless every torrent is completely dead.

I'm not in capital city so the connection isn't very good ;D
most of my collection is first release, so i can only seed a little (most of batch having v2) ::)

You don't need the entire file in order to upload data, which is what counts. Even if you only had 50% of the file you could raise your ratio by uploading the 50% you have to others. Just keep your torrent client on and the file active.

But the tracker would see it as downloading, which is (as far as I know) blocked when warned.
