You still don't get it... I am saying you should use the public tracker to download the missing data so you can seed the file. Your up speed is irrelevant.

I mean, even with 100 torrent I seed, if my UP speed just around 20kB/s, it's useless  ;D

Currently I seeding 14 torrent, with UP speed around 15~20kB/s so I think I don't need add some torrent for seed again  :P

Still, the more, the better.

Looks like you've made fairly good choices with your seeds though. Let it sit for a month and you'll probably be around 0.75-1.00 ratio.
