Guild Wars, without a doubt. (All the expansions included) I think I racked up some 3800 hours total before I stopped.

Halo 2 would probably be second, actually spent enough time to be ranked 434th in Xbox Live Overall. (Pathetic, I know.)

Third is probably Warhammer Online. Which I have minimized right now actually...

I don't remember if I mentioned it already but Star Ocean: Last Hope International Edition - 80+ hours and I haven't even finished the game yet. The battle system is just so much fun that I defeat every enemy I come across.

I have no idea what single game I've spent the most time on, but I've probably played the Super Robot Wars series more than anything else. Many many many hours have gone into those games, and I haven't even played through all the ones I have yet, either...

Diablo II LoD: I can confidentally say it went over 1000 hours but I can't say did it cross 2000 hours. And on single player, no social behaviour from me o.o
Sacred: About 500 hours I think?
Heroes of Might and Magic 3: About 500 too.
Surprise ahead... dandandaa... Bejeweled! Couple of hundred hours.

And let's not forget Windows Solitaire, Spider Solitaire, Freecell and Minesweeper ._. Too many hours wasted...

Probably a collaboration of all the NHL games since 1994 - I've never missed one. I also had played all the Pokemon games until this most recent batch, that's a time sink too.

Most recently (last few years) probably WoW. I played that just about every day for the past couple of years until I quit a month or two ago. No more guild, no more raiding, nothing left to really do, neh? Dragon Age: Origins is my current fix and DA2 is out in March, I believe. I enjoy it.

You should get Star Ocean 3 (Till the End of Time) for ps2. It's 10x better than Star Ocean Last Hope.

I think I should add LoL to my list of games I spend huge amounts of time on. I just keep coming back to it. I never was as addicted to DotA as I am now to LoL.

Also got Monster Hunter Unite recently, and that game is owning my soul, too.

I have played Anarchy Online for about 6 years, on and off the last 3 years, almost nothing the last year, just been online now and then the to chat a bit with old friends there. I don't dare to think about how many hours I have spent...

Now I'm debating with myself if I'm gonna try "The secret world", but I haven't decided anything yet.. Good thing it's still some time until it released;)

Not only did I spend enormous amount of time on World of Tanks, but now apparently I got my 12 year old sister hooked up on it as well.

7795 battles so far that usually last 5-15 minutes each. I am getting to the point where I will soon have most top tanks of all nations.

Definitely the Pokemon games, since I try to train all my Pokemon up to 100. Heart Gold probably has the most.

Other than that Final Fantasy 3 and Final Fantasy Tactics A2, probably.

Actually a lot of games had made spent most of my time.

- Shadowland Online
- Final Fantasy 4, 6 and Tactics
- Pokemon Silver, Red, Ruby
- O2 Jam : I seriously made a lot of effort to play this game.
- Harvest Moon (Friends of Mineral Town) : I swear, I won't dare get out of my seat unless I finish it.
- MU Online
- Counter-strike : my day won't be complete unless I play this game for at least 6 hours.
- Red Alert
- Age of Mythology (Titan Expansion included)

edit: I forgot to include Dissidia and Tekken that both accompanied me in my sleepless nights.

Monster Hunter portable franchise tops my list, with the combined total of roughly 2.0k+ hours spent on them. Damn I was good XD

The one i spent the most in is Guild Wars, with 6200+ hours. Plus loads of hours spread over many games.
