1) Get off pc
2) Put on sneakers, flip flops & barefootedness wont work.
3) Stand up * its not that hard
4) Walk outside, go to the park, breath fresh non-pc heated air :3

I've been getting off the PC a lot more this month. Urghh.. I need to go to the beach honestly. The only good beaches are up north in Wisconsin.
