GPU getting 200+ Fahrenheit Dangerous?
fohfoh:
Nvidia Go cards run HOT. I have a Go 7400 myself and I never use it. (Thank god for turbo cache) But yeah, these "cards" technically have very low dedicated memory and for that weakness, makes up for it by using an integrated style to deal with it. (uses your ram to have extra computing power)
Gamerzhell:
I suggest you open up your laptop and clean out all the dust, or at least clean out the fan. I have a Go 7300 in my laptop which ran at 100C+ for over half a year before I cleaned it out and now its hitting 60 max. My sisters laptop also uses a integrated chip with a tiny heatsink (not connected to fan) and its going at 30C atm.

Dude everyone in this thread makes it out to be bad that his laptop is getting that warm, but that is f***ing awesome. I am pissed my Arch Linux doesn't let me burn people's faces off. Maybe there is something in AUR that will enable that lol.
