It was Kuroko and Mikoto (Railgun), then he dropped Mikoto since she wasn't a loli and chose Rin Rin instead -- that's my understanding anyways.

If you want a replacement for Kuroko, then you could choose Nanami from Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke wo (VN -- it's an 18+ yuri one and she's you).
