First I'd commission a spaceship, then I'd buy a jet, fly it to the Caribbean, chill there for a few weeks while my submarine is being constructed, take that over to Africa, have a Hummer shipped to me drive that across Africa.  Then I'd...probably go to Europe get a Lotus exige, drive that around until I get sent to jail, crash or my spaceship gets finished.  Once my spaceship is done I'll go to the moon, collect some rocks for my garden I'm gonna start once I get back to earth and build a massive mansion on the summit of Mt. Fuji constructed with magnetically polarized beams that somehow make it levitate 50m off the ground...then I'd prolly just chill at home and play some video games in my nifty underwater gaming room...

- Pay off my familys and siblings debt, and buy them some stuff they want.

- Buy land in a nice place.
- Get a construction firm to build me the pefect house. Including a workshop with tools for making metal and wood stuff. Allso with a greenhouse and garden.
- Find a way to make the house self-sufficient with water and power.
- Fill the house with some nice furniture.

- Get a "trophy-girlfriend" or a couple of them

- Buy property/buildings in good locations and rent them out to businesses.

- Get some education. Maybe electronics, mechanics, computers, psychology(some parts of it).
- Get a personal trainer to whip me into great shape.

- Start some companies that create quality goods, instead of the junk we get now

I would buy new computer , new computer scree, house, new car for my mom and manga as simple as that. but I wouldn't buy anything for my brother or any other relative. so only thing I would buy for some one else would be car.

lol no its not. Powerball starts at 20million and it goes up every Weds and Saturday until someone hits the jackpot. Samething with Mega Million

ur right, tho not long ago we had a powerball in WI for 290 mil, but its all relative to how many tickets sold and whether or not someone won the previous week(s) last year there was one for around 350.
as I looked just a second ago, the current drawing in my state is for $100 mil, I guess I did exaggerate the typical prize at any rate.

With a huge financial windfall, I would:

1) First, not quit my job until I had the money in the bank and available for use.
2) Hire a financial advisor / financial planner / accountant.
3) Pay off my house & car right away.
4) Build or buy a new permanent residence in the $300k to $500k range, just haven't decided where yet.
5) Give my old house to a friend as a gift.
6) Set aside some chunk of money and split it up in some fashion between friends and family.  Even though it would be impossible to solve the financial problems of everyone I know, I do believe in sharing my good fortune with those who are close to me.
7) With the remaining money, I'd figure out what kind of a modest income I could get with investments and whatnot.
8) Create a will and identify my sister as my beneficiary.
9) With all of my "needs" addressed, I'd probably a) travel some more, b) learn to cook more things, c) maybe go back to college and take a class or two for fun, d) either take a martial art or hire a personal trainer, e) focus on writing fiction, f) goof off a lot
