Anyways, on topic.  If I won the lottery, I'd probably pay off student loans, finish school, probably do some traveling, and find a nice place to settle down and work on an animation / video game.

If I didn't get that much for the lotto, I'd probably cut out the traveling.

$250 million isn't that much money. Especially compared to the operating costs of a single, fully crewed ship. Heck, missiles can costs several million a pop.

I didn't say it needed to be a functional Navy.  Just buy half a dozen sailing yahts made to look like scaled down 17th century naval vessels.  Remember, they'll be staffed by four and a half foot tall girls with small appetites, not a bunch of sailors.

Around here the biggest lottery pot was seven million and it was shared by six people. I think the biggest single win has been around 4 or 5 million.

I'd get a flight license. Buy a cessna, fly to the sky and parachute over a jacht filled with women letting the cessna fall to the sea.

Then I'd get some cars, stop working, get a house and a housekeeper and probably go and live in the woods for a week or two. Then I'd travel the world. Consider setting down somewhere after a few years. Or just continue traveling.

Wouldn't mind. I'm one of those guys who'd like to do everything. Money just stands an issue. Got scuba diving license a while ago, next one is parachooting. Then, if I ever get the money, a motorcycle. Pilot license is sur eon the line but that's way too expensive hobby I think.
