Around here the biggest lottery pot was seven million and it was shared by six people. I think the biggest single win has been around 4 or 5 million.
I'd get a flight license. Buy a cessna, fly to the sky and parachute over a jacht filled with women letting the cessna fall to the sea.
Then I'd get some cars, stop working, get a house and a housekeeper and probably go and live in the woods for a week or two. Then I'd travel the world. Consider setting down somewhere after a few years. Or just continue traveling.

don't bother with a cessna, or any small plane they are too loud. Even so, I do own one so I prolly shouldn't talk

I quess with that kind of money I could just get jet training and my own Sukhoi though. Now that would be pretty cool. Your very own multipurpose jet. But i wouldn't want to crash that into ocean. :P
