Mine would be Envy, his sarcastic and funny nature makes me want a series with him as a protagonist :P. *completely avoids his creepy and disturbing transformation*

Because he's awesome.

Hands down, it has to be Anavel Gato.  Although I think of him more as an antagonist than a villain.
