Mine would be Envy, his sarcastic and funny nature makes me want a series with him as a protagonist

Hands down, it has to be Anavel Gato. Although I think of him more as an antagonist than a villain.

well was probably the best charter in the whole serie... anime was bad, I didn't like it, but it was hooking

so watched it to the end... but he jumped amidiedly to my top anime villain (mostly because he fails every ****ing time and enters allways in funny way...)

Okay it's not exactly what most people would call an anime... An American (I think?) cartoon.. But Henchman #24 is the best.

There's others sadistic like him, but nobody quite like him. He's so messed up, and intelligent and cocky... and he has a female voice actor! Love him.

I also have to echo that Gundam has some awesome heroes/villians.

I prefer when a "group" is the villain over a specific person, death is also a good villain (none of my top 20 rated animes have a strong villain as a single person). Though if I have to choose a person I guess

nice choices in spoilers, tough l always liked Lancer as vilain, altough he was a villain to an extent of time, at some point he decided otehrwise, great fighter tough.
