Mine is between Pilaf from Dragon Ball (hilarious) and Kira from Death Note (fucking genius!)

I definitely thing Kira is a villain. He started out with noble intentions, but he ended up losing it and got egotistical and just wanted to become god and didn't care what happened to anyone else... just like a lot of other famous villains. It just may not seem like it because he was the one that was followed throughout the story.
