I got megabored. And decided to mess with rooting a G1 xD which took a day and a half cause of my epic fails.
I got it on CM 5.0.8 (Android 2.1) instead of suckish 1.6 & customized My splash screen & Boot animation.

I'm still using v1.6 on my HT-03, 'cause I'm too lazy to hack it (and it might screw me over, past 1.6 hasn't been released for Japan yet).

A friends G1 (which came from jp) had the same thing on it also so it should work.

Still using a modded Rhodium base GUI on my phone (WinMo 6.5/HTC Touch Pro 2).  I changed the toolbar, clock, and flip-menu to create a black/neon green scheme.

It's teh kewlz.
