Seeding / got warned.

Well my problem is that I cant seed any of the torrents that I previously downloaded anymore because I download/seed overnight and delete them when I get up in the morning.Then put all the videos onto an external, but I still managed to fall under the limit. I can't download anything to seed anymore, so I guess i'm just screwed. or is there some way I could get out of it? help?

You should Direct Download as fast possible.

BakaBT is not the only source of downloadable anime. Try the sources listed above*. You'll be surprised at how much stuff is available outside of BakaBT. Download something that's recent and in demand, and seed it here to fix your ratio. You can organize the browse list by leechers to see what is in demand. Downloading the files for offers that will be approved soon and seeding those is also a good way to fix your ratio.

Since the videos still exist, all you have to do is to download the torrent file for the videos, and move or copy the videos that you want to seed back onto your main drive, and tell your torrent client where the videos are for the torrents that you'll be seeding (read the Wiki on how to do that).

It'll likely have to be far longer than one day.  If you only seed one torrent at a time, you'll be leaving things on for weeks.

It's better to seed one at a time than 2 or more at a time. When I first joined it took me 2 days to get to a 1:1 ratio. I keep it going as long as I could and only seeded one.

If you are only seeding one torrent, then you will have no traffic if there are no leechers on it.  If you are seeding two torrents, your chances of there being a leecher double.

That all depends on what torrents you're attempting to seed and what kind of connection you have.  Can you do a speedtest on speakeasy or such?

No, it's not.

Individual ratio isn't as important as global ratio. As long as you are seeding stuff back, whether or not it's on the torrents you download, you're good to go.

Therefore, seeding everything that you've ever downloaded and have not deleted yet is a good idea unless your computer can't handle it.
