Ratio depends on how much you actually downloaded, not necessarily the file size.
So, there can be one of a few possibilities...
1. You are reseeding something you have downloaded already (whether or not you used the same torrent file), where your downloaded data had a few corruptions and so uTorrent redownloaded the corrupt data. This seems to be the case, as according to your ratio, you have downloaded about 200KB.
2. You are seeding something you only partially downloaded. Looking at the numbers, this doesn't seem possible, as you would have to have downloaded only about 200KB as previously noted, and yet you are seeding back at 25kBps to at most 3 leechers, and have already seeded 298MB.
3. Something not listed here.
Otherwise there may be something amiss, though point 1 is your most likely situation given the numbers.
Also, you won't get pwned for stat-hacking with a high ratio. You get pwned for abnormally, impossibly, or ridiculously high upload stats. Which, of course, causes an abnormally high ratio, but it's not what is looked at.
Edit: looking at your stats, point 1 indeed appears to be the case.
Also, take note of the recent
announcement that will clear up any confusion about discrepancies.
